Thank you to all those who joined us in spirit in celebrating SELF LOVE Day. Self Love is more than just a day or two, as we discovered - it is a whole season by itself. We pray that together we may always stay in this beautiful season of Self Love.

I love you. You are beautiful. You have often poured love to others, forgetting to save a drop for your own soul. Not anymore. It’s time to remember that you have always been Love. Hold yourself the way the Divine has always held you—completely, tenderly, endlessly.

While bathing, thank each body part for their perfect functioning. Repeat these words: I am healed, I am well, I am whole.
Pamper yourself daily.
Listen to soft and soothing music.
Feed your mind with positive thoughts and spiritual knowledge.
Sing and dance your way through life.
Love your body and the way you look. Be proud of the vessel that carries your soul.
Accept aging gracefully; remember the soul is FOREVER YOUNG.
