Let the Healing Begin | 1-3 June, 2026
A beautiful 3-day journey of healing the inner hurts and wounds.
May complete healing find you soon.
We pray for healing from the known as well as the uknown.
We are all parts of One Whole. Hence, whatever you heal in yourself contributes to the healing of others.
Every time a person heals a piece of their own pain, there is less of that specific density left for others to carry.
By gardening to your own self, you are quietly watering the roots of the entire world.
We pray for the healing of all those hurt in wars in gaza & lebanon.
Life is too short to hold grudges or resentment. We wind up this beautiful healing journey with this song: Tujhse naaraz nahi zindagi - that perfectly sums up our healed & neutral state of mind.
The first signs of healing is when your soul once again starts listening or singing the songs it always has.
There is a beautiful, quiet magic in being single, while holding a heart full of hope, and trusting God. “Gazab ka hai din…” 🌸 is for all the singles out there.
Cycle of healing: death and renewal
Each time I am hurt or heartbroken something in me dies, but something in me is also reborn – that’s the cycle of healing: death and renewal.
The heartbreak doesn't get the final say; instead, it becomes the soil from which a new me is born.
Every heartbreak ends a chapter of who I was, and begins a chapter of who I am becoming.
The Medicine Wheel is an ancient native American circle that represents balance between our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects.
You can personlise the medicine wheel by assinging each quadrant to an aspect of your life. Keep returning to the center of the wheel.
What does my healing space look like? 🌸
Lots of sunlight, open spaces, filled with sweet fragrances. Light curtains wrapped in pastel colors, with soft music playing at dawn, dusk, and bedtime.
At the center, rests my altar, Bible, diyas, meditations & prayers.
Lately, my space has expanded to include the huge sky with beautiful clouds saying hello to me, as they pass my gallery as if they are checking on me😊
Last night, I literally slept under the open moonlight! This is where I sleep, sit, and do my creative work under the canopy of heavens!
This is my healing space. What does yours look like?
This is what healing looks like in private - journaling my emotions.
This is what glowing looks like in public.
Healing is not a one-time journey. It is a continuous process, because this world doesn’t stop hurting us. As long as there are moments that leave scars upon the heart, healing has to be an ongoing practice.
