We all have heard the phrase, “I am in seventh heaven.” Why do we associate our greatest happiness with the seventh Heaven?
Jewish, Christian, Islamic and Indian traditions speak of seven heavens or multiple spiritual worlds. In Laws of the Spirit World, Khorshed Bhavnagri describes seven realms, from the lowest realm which is closest to Earth, to the seventh—the ultimate realm of unimaginable beauty.
What is Heaven like?
In his book, Proof of Heaven, Dr. Eben Alexander, describes heaven as a rich ultra real world of indescribable beauty. “I was rescued by this beautiful spinning white light, that had an incredible melody that opened up into bright verdant valley with blossoming flowers.”
Heaven is a world more vivid and real than Earth. All the NDE and OBE accounts I have come across – all say the same thing. They describe the beauty and richness of heaven with colours not known on earth, and the juicy nectar of fruits that have flavours which are unimaginable.
