1 minute Silence for Peace every Thursday, 5:30 pm

This is our sacred every Thursday ritual of observing silence for Peace in this world. 

In this one minute silence journey - we travel from the head to the heart and, thereafter, we take with us the healed parts as we travel back from the heart to the head.

This is one of our key global peace campaigns that was launched on Thursday March 27, 2025.

Each Thursday brings new shifts and quiet transformations within us.
